What we keep, and why.

Auréole collects only what it needs to fulfil an order or answer a message: your name, delivery address, email and the wines you chose. Nothing is sold or shared with advertisers.

Orders

Order details are used to prepare, ship and confirm your delivery, and to meet the legal duty to verify that the recipient is of drinking age. This demo storefront takes no payment and stores no card details.

Your bag

The contents of your bag are kept in your own browser (local storage) so they survive a page reload. Clearing your browser data removes them. No account is created.

Email

If you write to cellar@aureole.wine we use your address only to reply. If you join the allocation list you can leave it at any time by replying with the word "remove".

Cookies and analytics

The site sets no tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics.
