Age

Wine is sold only to people of legal drinking age in their country of delivery. An adult must sign for every parcel; couriers will not leave wine unattended.

Allocation

Each vintage is released once. Orders are accepted while stock lasts and may be limited per household so the allocation list is served fairly.

Prices and shipping

Prices are shown in US dollars and include the bottle, the case and insurance in transit. Shipping is $24 per order and free above $600. Duties and taxes at the destination are the buyer's responsibility.

Delivery and damage

Bottles leave the cellar within three working days. If a bottle arrives broken or shows signs of heat damage, write to cellar@aureole.wine within 48 hours with a photograph and we will replace it or refund it.

Returns

Unopened bottles may be returned within 30 days in their original case. Wine that has been opened cannot be returned, but if a bottle is faulty (corked or oxidised) we will replace it.
